CONTROL MECHANISM
Agreed procedures report
This control mechanism verifies the data companies provide to the PRO regarding packaging placed on the market, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Its purpose is to guarantee that the information the PRO reports to relevant authorities is accurate and reliable.
Companies legally required to audit their annual accounts must submit this report before 31 May each year, prepared by the same auditing firm that conducted their account audit. Exemptions apply to companies with a declaration to Ecoembes below €5,000, provided their last submitted report had no issues. Additionally, Ecoembes conducts random reviews of companies not required to submit this report, covering up to the past four years.

ISO 27001 Certification

We implement 93 security controls that not only reduce risks and prevent incidents, but also ensure compliance with the most stringent data protection regulations.
