Basic information about the processing of your personal data

We hereby inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, the data that you have provided to ECOEMBALAJES ESPAÑA, S.A. will be processed by ECOEMBALAJES ESPAÑA, S.A. (hereinafter, “Ecoembes”), with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 83–85, 28046 Madrid, for the purpose of carrying out a personnel management and selection service and, in the event of acceptance, for the fulfilment of legal obligations and those related to the development of your professional career and to the Human Resources area of Ecoembes, such as training and payroll/remuneration management. In this regard, the data will be incorporated into the Ecoembes database for the aforementioned purposes..

You hereby authorize that your personal data, to which Ecoembes has access as a result of completing and submitting this form, be incorporated into the Ecoembes database for the purposes stated above, including the transfer of your personal data to third parties in order to manage your application. You also declare that the personal data provided are true and accurate.

Ecoembes hereby informs you that the provision of the data requested in relation to this document is a necessary requirement in order to participate in the selection process.

You authorize Ecoembes to carry out any aptitude or assessment tests that may be required for personnel selection purposes and that involve the processing of the personal data provided.

At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, as well as the right to data portability, under the terms provided by law, by submitting a request to the email address oficinadeprivacidad@ecoembes.com or by sending a written request by post to Paseo de la Castellana 83–85, 11th Floor, 28046 Madrid, enclosing in all cases a copy of your national identity document or official document proving your identity.

Likewise, we inform you that you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in relation to the response received from Ecoembes when exercising your rights.

The data subject is informed that, as part of the selection process, Ecoembes may consult data relating to your public profile on the different social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in which the data subject participates, as well as on public information websites and public registers, for the sole purpose of assessing and verifying your suitability, experience and professional skills, and determining whether your profile aligns with the corporate culture and values of the Organization.

Your personal data will be retained by Ecoembes until the completion of the relevant selection process and, in any event, for a maximum period of one (1) year, provided that you are not hired. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be deleted. In the event of hiring, the personal data accessed will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship. Thereafter, the data controllers will retain the personal data, duly blocked, once the contractual relationship has ended, in order to make them available to the competent Public Authorities, Courts and Tribunals or the Public Prosecutor’s Office, for the statutory limitation period of any actions that may arise from the relationship maintained with the employee and/or for the legally established retention periods. Once these periods have elapsed, the data controllers will proceed with the physical deletion of the data.
